Join the fun with a learning journey to the Asheville Herb Fest! This includes carpooling in a UT van from the Extension Office in Sullivan County (no exceptions). $15.00 per person. Herb Fest is a weekend filled with plants, workshops and great food! The Asheville Herb Fest is the largest herb festival in the United States and Canada — promoting WNC herbs and herbal products since 1990!
With over 80 herb vendors, you are able to shop for everything you need for your garden and home! Their vendors are the best in the region and offer a huge variety of herbal products and plants!
Plus, they offer over 20 FREE WORKSHOPS on everything plant related from growing mushrooms to fermenting! You DO NOT WANT to miss this weekend!
The 36th Annual Festival runs April 24th through 26th, 2026
Friday/Saturday hours 8:30am to 5pm
Sunday hours 10am to 3pm
Food trucks and a FREE PLANT HOLD AREA so you don’t have to keep going back to your car to unload your purchases! You can then pull right up to the plant hold area and load your car with your purchases!
